Access HGZY — Everything You Need to Know About Logging In
Logging in to HGZY is straightforward — but many members run into minor issues along the way, like a forgotten password, an OTP that isn't arriving, or repeated failed attempts. This page covers everything you need to know about logging in.
HGZY offers two login methods. The first is the password method — simply enter the password you set during registration. This is the most commonly used option. The second is the OTP method — enter your mobile number and a one-time code will be sent to you; enter that code to log in instantly. This method comes in handy if you've forgotten your password or prefer not to use one.
Forgetting your password is a common concern. Just click the "Forgot Password?" link below the login form. Enter your registered mobile number and a reset code will be sent to you. Use that code to set a new password — the whole process takes about 2 minutes. Make your new password a bit stronger so you won't have trouble remembering it later.
Account lockouts are also worth knowing about. After 5 consecutive incorrect password attempts, HGZY will temporarily lock your account. This is a security measure — it kicks in if someone tries to force their way into your account. If locked, simply wait 30 minutes and try again, or log in immediately using the OTP method instead.
Using the "Remember Me" option is perfectly safe on your own personal device. However, avoid enabling it on shared devices — such as a family member's phone or a cybercafé computer. In those cases, always log in manually and make sure to log out when you're done.
HGZY's mobile app supports biometric login. After installing the app, log in once with your password and enable the biometric option. From then on, you can access your account instantly with just your fingerprint or face — faster and more secure.
One important thing to keep in mind — HGZY will never call or message you asking for your password or OTP. If anyone contacts you claiming to be from HGZY and asks for a password or verification code, it is a scam. Report it immediately to support@hgzy.express.
After logging in for the first time, there are a few things worth doing right away. Head to your profile settings to verify your information, set a deposit limit, and configure your notification preferences. Also check the latest promotions page — there may be a special welcome offer waiting for you right after your first login.
