If you feel like you need a break, temporarily close your account for anywhere from 24 hours to 30 days. You won't be able to log in at all during this time.
For a longer break, you can deactivate your account for anywhere from 6 months to permanently. During self-exclusion, no new accounts can be opened.
You can opt out of promotional messages from HGZY at any time through your settings. If you're taking a break from gaming, it's best not to receive any ads.

How to Enable Protective Tools

Log in and go to Account Settings → click the "Responsible Gaming" tab → select "Deposit Limits" → set your daily, weekly, or monthly amount → save. Changes take effect immediately. Lowering your limit is instant; increasing it requires a 24-hour waiting period.
